Group Workshops

One to One 

Accelerate your employees' journeys with bespoke one-to-one guided lessons. These are great for those experiencing sustained stress, anxiety or physical pain.

 

Here we can more deeply explore an individuals challenges, needs and underlying triggers, and work together physically and emotionally to equip them with skills and tools to improve their whole wellbeing and way of working.
