You can choose the pace at which we work together: I currently offer regular Wellbeing Circle group classes (online) as well as 1:1 lessons for a more bespoke, hands-on deep dive (one-off Wellbeing Reboot sessions, session blocks/ packages and longer term Deep Dive courses are available, in person and online). I also offer group courses, retreats and workshops and will post details of upcoming offerings here, as well as to my newsletter. Read more info on all of these below:

Wellbeing Circle With Sarah
This is a regular online class with a mixture of gentle physical and emotional work to build the core skills for robust wellbeing in a supportive community environment.
Sign up to the mailing list to get a free class pass and to be kept up to date on these.

Classes are typically themed (e.g. Playing With Presence, What is Healing?, Looking at Anxiety) and we explore the physical and emotional connections to those subjects, building skills of awareness of our own reactive patterns and opening to different ways of moving and thinking and being with greater trust and lightness.
This is a great way to begin exploring the work or to supplement 1:1 sessions, in a supportive group. I also do run in -person group workshops, courses and retreats. The best way to be kept up to date on them is to sign up to my newsletter.

One to One Embodiment Sessions
Accelerate your journey with bespoke one-to-one guided lessons. These are a chance to deep-dive into exploring where you are experiencing more pain or anxiety, and perfect for those who are feeling ready and willing to do this deep work.
We work together physically and emotionally so you can equip yourself with skills and tools to really open to a different experience, for the long term.
Different options are available:

> Short session blocks
> Deep Dive Foundation Work packages
